Such a bummer that things didn’t work out :(. Luckily it’s possible for you to return the item of purchase and exchange it for a more suitable item. Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of successful deliver date in order to be exchanged, if there isn’t a suitable item available, a store credit will be issued. Please however, keep in mind the fine print:
Refunds aren’t given at any time.
Merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed.
Merchandise must have all tags, including any Kerry ManWomanHome hangtags, attached.
For hygienic and personal safety of our customers, the following items may not be returned: pierced earrings, hosiery, undergarments and swimwear.
Store Credit cannot be transferred.
Store credit may not be purchased and is only provided when previously purchased items have been returned.
If your purchase exceeds the value of the Store Credit, an additional method pf payment is required for the remaining balance due.
Store Credit never expires.
Customers are responsible for all shipping fees.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted for exchange and will be sent back to the customer.
