Such a bummer that things didn’t work out :(. Luckily it’s possible for you to return the item of purchase and exchange it for a more suitable item. Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of successful deliver date in order to be exchanged, if there isn’t a suitable item available, a store credit will be issued. Please however, keep in mind the fine print:


  • Refunds aren’t given at any time.

  • Merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed.

  • Merchandise must have all tags, including any Kerry ManWomanHome hangtags, attached.

  • For hygienic and personal safety of our customers, the following items may not be returned: pierced earrings, hosiery, undergarments and swimwear.

  • Store Credit cannot be transferred.

  • Store credit may not be purchased and is only provided when previously purchased items have been returned.

  • If your purchase exceeds the value of the Store Credit, an additional method pf payment is required for the remaining balance due.

  • Store Credit never expires.

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping fees.



Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted for exchange and will be sent back to the customer.
